Vega Mini not working after a wee****!

I bought the Vega mini a week ago against my better judgement as every review regarding this product is poor! I presumed all issues had been resolved however, I first could not update the firmware. A week later after minimal use, the device reads " no atomizer head", Unless, my glasses are defective, I can clearly see the atomizer head attached! Very poor product, Twisp is just not the same. I don't want a replacement, I want a refund! I rather find a product that actually works!
