Vega Mini not working after a day
I bought the Vega mini a yesterday against my better judgement as every review regarding this product is poor! I presumed all issues had been resolved however. The Next day the device reads " no atomizer head", Unless, my glasses are defective, I can clearly see the atomizer head attached! Very poor product, I have never used Twisp . I don't want a replacement, I want a refund! I rather find a product that actually works!

Your device is covered by a 6 month warranty period, by which any part found to be defective will be exchanged and a brand new warranty given.
