Vega lasts about 2 weeks, if your lucky!

<p>I bought a Vega after being a regular user of Twisps previous products. The device was bought on the 31 December 2016 and less than two weeks later, the device stopped working. I tried changing the coil, but that didn't help. I spend around ZAR 1600 on the device and coils. The unreliability of twisp becomes evident when it comes to the more complex products that they launch based on the market. I am extremely unhappy and expect a full refund. I have already advised many of my friends to stay away from Twisp and will continue to do so unless I have a positive response at the earliest. I will also escalate the issue until I feel satisfied. Vega has forced me to reconsider my position on stopping smoking. I have also seen responses by Twisp saying that their agent will call the customer but until I recieve a call from the agent, I remain persimistic.
