Vega Disappointment
<p>Twisp what have you done? I don't think you tested the Vega enough before launching it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here is my sad story!</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought myself a Solo (September 2016) and was/is still very happy with it. My husband tried it and was suitably impressed. We then decided to buy him one......</p> <p>He started smoking as a teenager and smoked about 30 a day. We went to Gateway (KZN) and visited the kiosk. (Actually to buy me some oils) The sales lady and him started talking and she was able to sell him the Vega (bigger, better, stronger etc) This was end September 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then the fun started. 2 weeks later - we had the battery replaced, week later it stopped working and we had to take it to the kiosk to have it's software upgraded. We have replaced 2 mouth pieces and 3 tanks. (They crack so easy) </p> <p> </p> <p>His Vega from the beginning made the weirdest noises but the kiosk guy says it is normal and should go away. ( it ain't) The taste of the oils are not as intense as mine. His coils don't last even a week!.</p> <p> </p> <p>No Twisp what have you done? You should recall them all and replace it with a another model!</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the help line and the only response I got......SORRY! ( I think that must be SA national word)</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't want a sorry, I want you to tell me - we agree with your problems and would love to take it back and give you another model.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cheerio</p> <p>NOT a Fan from Twisp Vega.</p>
