Useless battery life

I've been smoking my Twisp for over a year now (Dec 2013) & recently purchased 2 new batteries from Twisp Galleria as my original batteries were now deteriorating & only lasting me up to 2 days, where as when they were new they lasted me 4 days +.<br> <br> I soon found out my new batteries only lasted me between 8 - 12 hours, this still after the initial 8 hour charge. I took them back for a refund & was told they would look into it. I was contacted a few days later saying the batteries were indeed faulty & they replaced them. <br> <br> I soon found out that these batteries too were not working, also only lasting up to 12 hours. (My original old batteries still lasting me up to 2 days!)<br> <br> I returned them again a few days later in original packaging saying i don't want them & would like a full refund (as agreed on your website & the Consumer Protection Act) & was they would get back to me. Well no-one bothered to contact me & when i went in earlier today i was told the refund policy is only for the original purchase & not for the exchange! Which is BS as i didn't want the batteries when i first returned them due to the inferior quality.<br> <br> All i want is my refund as agreed on your website.
