Useless

I ordered my Twisp Cue pod online as I did all my other pods. Now that my device is broken suddenly they can't find my order for the Cue pod. I know I ordered it online for at that time I was living in a remote area. So six month after using the Cue pod it's broken and now they can't help me because they can't find my order. Conveniently can't find it. ***. I ordered it online there HAS to be a record of the order.
