unhappy with Twisp Edge
I bought an edge on 18 october 2015. Was perfect till 2 weeks ago. Been at the kiosk 3 times already complaining. They replaced the Base and battery. This thing shoots hot liquid out the mouth piece. First they said it's the base.. then the battery.. third time ..I must vap on lower\3"voltage. This actually liquid actually shot up in the ladies face while she tried it. I tried to change this for another unit... They refuse!!! I was told if I get burned I can then sue them! I have used it on nr 3 and still does this. This is an expensive product suppose to be safe. Really... how do I get them to listen to me or get my money backor at least give me another one.. Every time it's a different story when I go there but yet the problem is the same.. """

There can certainly be a number of factors that can contribute to the issue that you are experiencing. If a product is found to have liquid in the mouth piece, it is normally due to the coil becoming over saturated (to much twisp flavour getting into the coil). These can easily be resolved.
