Unhappy client - leaking Cue Pods
I had a clearly for years and enjoyed it. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. So I choose to get myself a Cue. Loved the sleek, sophisticated design. It looked classy and almosy incognito for a business woman ! But this is the worst product ever !! I bought the starter pack and a few extra pods. The pods leak terribly... I inhale,only to be left with a lot of liquid in my mouth..... Being a lady I can't exactly spit it out where ever or whenever ! Really disgusting !!! And not cool ! Every pod that I used leaked.... So very very disappointed !

Thank you for contacting us. The pods most certainly should not leak and should not displace any large quantity of liquid into your mouth. It is possible that if you drag to hard on the device, you are sucking up liquid directly into the airflow chamber.

If you are feeling a throat hit, this could be due to the Nicotine strength being to strong for you :( Currently we do not have a lower range in Nicotine, but most consumers prefer this regular strength and have found it to be satisfactory. We are however looking into a lower range, this might be better suited for you. Have you tried the lower Nicotine Range in our flavours? You will need a different Twisp E-cigarette to use these though, as they are not compatible with the Cue Pod system.
Again, there should be no burnt taste as these pods have a ceramic coil, and in so reduces the risk of dry burns. As stated before, there could certainly be an air bubble that has formed.
