UNACCEPTABLE COILS PROBLEMS

Dear Sirs<br> <br> It appears that Twisp is losing control over the quality of its products. I have been experiencing a great deal of glitches lately with your coils. This to me is unacceptable! I bought a pack of 5 (five) coils on Monday, of which only 1 (one) was working. The other 4 (four) I had to replace with out enjoying a single breath of smoke. If this isn't an expensive glitch on its own, I also lost half a bottle of liquid due to the fact that I had to replace the coils after filling the twisp just to realise that coils is not working at all. <br> <br> I dont just treat the quality of your coils with disdain, I treat twisps with disdain. You are getting gready!<br> <br> I am entitled to my opinion. You are entitled to yours. <br> <br> I am not attempting to argue anything. Its a fact!<br> <br> That being said and at the risk of being superfluous I really hope that you treat the comments on this site as serious and look after your clients needs.
