Twist edge complain

Hello,<br> <br> Im a very loyal customer to your brand, i bought over few clearo and liquids <br> <br> I bought the new edge cigarette 3 days ago and hereunder my complains:<br> <br> 1- the battery over heat<br> 2- the cigarette leak either from the small holes on the sides or in my mouth<br> 3- the vaping is not smooth as it seems liquids goes inside the tube <br> <br> I checked online and it seems that it is common complaints<br> <br> Please advise the procedure to return the product and not to replace it <br> <br> Note that I'm leaving the country in 1 week<br> <br> Thanks<br>
