Twisp Woodlands bad service

Twisp Woodlands Pretoria. I bought 4 juices and exchanged pods and bought an extra twisp device. The juices was recommended by the sales person. I opened one last night and do not like it. Went back today to exchange the other 3 that was not opened. The lady refused to take it back as she said it is unsanitary. But the boxes has not been opened. How can she take back the pods that you had against your mouth but not the juice that is still sealed inside the box that she gave us.
