Twisp Warrenty and Twisp Tyko device appalling !

I'm utterly disappointed in my Twisp Tyko buy. I've been a Twisp supporter from the start, used the Twisp Ion before and was told by Twisp dealer that it would soon be going off the market.

I was given the option to buy a Twisp Tyko and sales person gave me all this fabulous reviews.

What a waste of money! The worse device EVER!

First my coils was burned after two days (Yes I primed my coiled correctly). Was told it was a manufacturing problem, so I bought new ones.

Then after minimal use, my Twisp Tyko stopped working all together, back to the agent who swapped for a new mouth piece because there were apparently a miss connection.

At that stage I fed up and asked if I can return the device and pay in for a better model. Was told Twisp does not do swaps and I can not get a refund :(

Now a couple of months in (still within my six month warranty) the Twisp Tyko is leaking e-juice through air vents and top, when going back to agent and inquiring online, was told its because of coil being over-saturated???!!! Been wiping of coils every time before use and still leaking!!!

Filling the device or changing the coil is a nightmare as all the top parts keep on getting stuck and then all the e-juice falls out :-( (and no, I did not over tighten anything).

All I want at this stage is my money back or upgrade to a device that actually work!

Would never buy from Twisp al together again due to poor customer service responds and definitely would not recommend the Twisp Tyko to anyone.

Furious!!!
