TWISP WARNING DO NOT BUY ONLINE

I used to love my Twisp and it did okay for me. I live 30km from the nearest Twisp store. I then discovered the online Twisp store and I thought it would be great. I then purchased from the store in September and October. My parcels arrived. the purchases reflected on my credit card and I was happy. The festive season came and went and on the 22nd of January I noticed that something was wrong on my credit card. Twisp has taken a total of R920 from my account in January. I quickly phoned the bank as I have not purchased anything in January and it was recommended that my card be blocked. My credit card was blocked and I was now R920 in overdraft. I then suddenly received an email the following day from Twisp stating that they have not taken the funds from my credit card and they were only taking it now, 3 months later. DO NOT PURCHASE ON THE TWISP ONLINE STORE OR IN STORE WITH A CREDIT CARD. It will catch you by surprise. Not only do I have to wait for my new card to arrive but I also have to pay fines to my bank as my card is in overdraft. I could fill up my car with petrol with the amount of penalties I have if it wasn't for Twisp. I sent Twisp an email and they refuse to reply.
