TWISP Vega mini Vaporizing product: low quality procuct

On my birthday 30 August 2017, my wife decided to buy me the Vega Mini device as a present at the Grove mall Pretoria. Within couple of weeks. I had constant problems with the device, which I reported to the twisp store at the Grove mall. Initial the sale representative replaced the whole unit. From the August 2017 up to now, I have had four and five replacement on both the device and atomizer head, respectively. This has resulted in personal cost of around R6000 over the same period, and it is very wrong to mislead us in thinking that your products are of good quality while they are ****!!. Presently i am sitting in Turin with another faulty atomizer head with the device showing "no atomizer head" while it clearly connected. I had the replacement on the atomizer tank on the 1st June 2018, and the device in May 2018 Note that this error is most common in all the replacement I had. In simple language, my experience with twisp products especially the Vega mini is that they are not reliable and durable.

Immediately on my return to Pretoria, I will be visiting your Grove mall store to again raised my problems, Note that even the representative know me due to the constant.problems with Vega mini. again i ' m expected to carry all the purchase slips to prove all of the above!!!
