Twisp vega is terrible with bad service

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>I would like to formally put a complaint in. I bought 2x Twisp vega units and am really not happy with both of the units I bought them on the 10/10/16 and then on the 12/10/16 I took them back due to them not pulling properly. So in total I went back 3 times during the 10day refund and was told different excuses every single time to try get past the refund policy.</p> <p>The guys said that it needs to be worked in. Then again I took them back as they were getting extremely hot.</p> <p>Then again as there was a lot of liquid that was popping into the mouth. And again no one could assist.</p> <p>Here I thought that I needed to get an upgrade as both my wife and myself both have the original twisp that first came out but the thing is those ones work a whole lot better than this new version you have brought onto the market.</p> <p>I have taken them back 4 times in total now and it's always a different story.</p> <p>I would like a complete refund. I will rather spend some of the refund on coils and more fluids for the original twisp we first got.</p> <p>Please get back to as this is unacceptable for paying so much money on these 2 units and they don't even work properly.</p> <p>Please can you get back to me</p> <p>Thanx</p> <p>Kyle</p>
