Twisp vega and costumer support

<p>Hi i just bought the twisp vega .I own almost every single twisp that came out from the old clearo ,edge,aero,and recently the vega glass cracked the device gets hot and device shows no atomiser whenever it feels like. I used my Friends vega atomizer and the problem still occurs.phoned twisp told them my story.they told me their manager will contact me they did not .back up service is bad and they got answers ready for u without even seeing the problem with their device.so basically I just wasted my money on faulty devices.</p>
