Twisp Vega

<p>My twisp vega doesn't work at all.. I've been to gateway twisp kiosk, and they assured me that it will work but it doesn't.. sad part is that it isn't even 24 hours old.. I really don't deserve this as I have been a loyal twisp customer. They say that they will help but they really don't.. they just but time until the warranty is over so that it's not their problem anymore.. if they really want to help this time they can give me a new device coz this isn't fair.. I spent R1400 on this and it really isn't fair.. after going to the kiosk earlier today in gateway it worked for 2 hours and afterwards didn't work at all.. even now it's not working as I'm typing this</p> <p> </p>
