Twisp Tyko Coils - Burnt Flavour!
I have been using Twisp products for a long time with no trouble. The Clearo was great, the Edge and the Ion all great products. With robust batteries and coils that would last me at least 3 weeks each.
Then came the Cue. I thought it would be great and portable and convenient. But that was wrong. I had the Cue for about 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks, I bought about 8 pods and only 3 of them actually worked until they were empty. The rest just started to produce a burnt flavour after 3 drags. I had to complain about 3 times before they agreed to take it back and give me a refund.
Now I am having a terrible experience with this Tyko. I have had it for about 3 weeks. The 2 coils I got with the starter pack both burnt out within a week. Then none of their branches had stock forcing me to revert back to my Ion for a week while I waited for stock of coils. I finally bought 2 coils on Saturday (today is Thursday) and by Wednesday, the first coil is already producing a burnt flavour. Am I supposed to use 8 coils a month? It seems that Twisp's new products are being purposefully made to last less time, forcing me to pay more for the same vaping experience. Bulls***!!!
I don't know about everyone else, but I used to use roughly a coil a month with all of the 3 previous devices. I am absolutely disappointed with the Twisp of late. There needs to be a huge improvement otherwise other brands are going to start taking over if you all take your customers and market leadership for granted.
