twisp tyko and in general

I purchased the twisp tyko a few months ago I really believed that later models will be an upgrade. with the increasing pressure to upgrade to due non-availability of parts etc etc i was somewhat coerced into making the switch. issues started within a week. coils burning out after a days usage. even after 10 minutes of soaking (some soaked for more than thirty minutes with the same result). not out of sheer rage I accidentally dropped my device and the glass shattered immediately. this never happened with old devices. but moving along. I have been trying to get spares for over a month now. I might have been to 4 twisp stands. the glass is always sold out. and if you ask a staff member to escalate it she asks you to call head office. innovate to improve not to rip customers off.
