Twisp The Useless Alternative

Brought a Twisp Aero in May. Only a few weeks later we had to have the battery replaced. The assistant at Clearwater Mall took the original tillslip. When we questioned him he said that we shouldn't worry as he will give us a new slip. Which he did HOWEVER again after a few weeks we now had to replace yet another part on the Aero. The young lady now at the kiosk asked for the tillslip and with a great big satisfactory smile announced that she cannot replace it as she needs to have the original slip. We explained to her our conversation with the other assistant but she didn't care or try to come up with a solution. Instead she kept on saying we should phone head office and do we need fluid. I mean this thing is leaking and the fluid is going into my husband's mouth what will we do with more fluid?!

Another assistant suggested that they should phone Mark whom I assume is their manager to which she rep**** "He will **** us. It's Sunday". Now I can appreciate someone's rest day but not if I had to drive out to the mall a second time ( my husband went during the week and as usual they had no stock). Then the second assistant said that she will phone and come back to us. It is now nearly 3weeks and we are still waiting for her call.

In the meantime we phoned their offices in Cape Town - no answer. We sent numerous e-mails with only 1 reply stating that they will look into the matter.

In the meantime my husband's "healthier alternative" is changing into a " death trap" as he now inhales and swallows drops of oil.
