Twisp Solo

I bought the Solo on 3rd August and the device was leaking, i always have liquid coming through the mouthpiece into my mouth. I went back to the kiosk where the gentleman advised me that i need to clean it etc etc. thus far Ive had to dismantle and clean it out every time i want to smoke! This is becoming ridiculous and judging from the number of complaints on this site its a common issue. I'm a new twisp user but this type of issue is clearly a design flaw.
