Twisp selling damaged Pods

I purchased 2 twisp cue starter packs in December for my parents as christmas gifts. One of the starter packs Pods where all cracked. and leaking, Unfortunetly I misplaced the slip so i could not take it back. Last week I bought one for my sister as a gift for her birthday to my surprise again two of the Pods where cracked. Is this what we pay for how come so many of your Pods are damaged. We as consumers belive in product but i was let down not once but twice.
