twisp ****bags strike again!!!

My first vaporiser was the clearo i bought the pack where you get 2 of them and also some extras. They both broke while i was at work offs**** in another country. Leaking....burning coils....charger broke...all parts goong loose and shifting....battery up the c@$p. So get home and buy the EDGE with promises off greatness and bla bla bla bla. Spend another R1450 at the shop. Nice...smokes a bit better than the clearo but still the throat burning now and then. I notive that i now use double or tripple the juice than i did before. So ok...a week goes by....the battery adjuster pops off the bottom...great just great now what do i do as i cannot select the wattage. As i live 300km from the twisp stall i waited untill i went to cape town again about a month and a bit later. Long before this i sent a Facebook msg to twist explaining the problem. I got a message back saying to take it in and they will see. Well by the looks of it and research i found that that is all they do...same msg about can they call you and want you to be happy....what a joke. Well i go back to the stall and explain the situation...the uneducated man behind the counter basically tells me sorry thats your problem and
