TWISP SALES PEOPLE DO NOT MAKE ME SMILE
THIS IS THE 3RD UNPLEASANT EXP LIKE A FOOL I KEEP GOING BACK. PERHAPS SA ADVERTISING STANDARDS SHLD ALSO GET INVOLVED. THE AD TWISP HAS ON TV, INDICATES PLEASANT PEOPLE WORK & REPRESENT TWISP. WITH MY EXPERIENCE I AM SURPRISED TWISP IS STILL IN BUSINESS. MY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE GOES BACK 2 YEARS.<br> <br> INITIALLY I RCVD A 2 PACK TWISP. BEING IN & OUT OF HOSPITAL OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS, I HAVN'T REALLY BEEN ABLE TO DO MUCH SHOPPING. THE 2 PACK LOOKED FINE, BUT THE PROBLEM BECAME THAT1 DID NOT WORK, EACH TIME WE TRIED TO CHANGE IT, WE WERE MET WITH TOTALLY DIFF ATTITUDES.-NOT FRIENDLY . I HAVE LOST THE 1, ONLY LEFT WITH THE NON WORKING 3 MNTHS LATER, I BOUGHT THE THIN TWISP. DUE TO ME BEING IN HOSPITAL AGAIN & FOR SO LONG, I WAS UNABLE TO TAKE IT BACK IMMED. IT IS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT AS GETS VERY VERY HOT, HEAT WAS THE MAIN PROBLEM. WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO VISIT THE KIOSK - I WAS MET WITH THE SAME VIBRANT ANGER. THE TWISP WAS GIVEN TO H.O. WHO CALLED ME MAAAAANY WEEKS LATER - NO NO NO WAS THE ANSWER NOTHING THEY CLD DO.. LAST WEEK MY SECREATARY WENT TO BUY THE OLD TYPE. WHAT A DEBACLE. IM NOW STUCK WITH AN UNUSED GOLD R1499 THING A THIN TWISP & A NON WORKING OLD TWISP #VERYSAD

We are not pleased to hear of your experience at all! All our devices come with a 6 month warranty, and if the device is brought back with in that time period we of course we service and get the fault fixed.
We see you have mentioned that the device was over heating... with the solo device, it is meant for social smokers, and if used heavily this can make the small device work over time. Once the power button is pressed, it pushes power to get the coil to burn to create the twisp experience, so if used heavily this can heat up.
