Twisp reap off and day light ******s

<p>i bought a twisp solo, used one battery, when trying the second battery it was not working, i reported to Twisp and they told me they cannot replace the new battery because it was out of warranty, that means it was sold to me knowingly. Twisp have a poor service. Twisp are *******, they rob customers. I will never suggest to anyone to buy that product, their staff are very rude as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also bought a new charger on the 28 February 2017 from Twisp Mall of Africa thinking the problem might be the charger, only to find that it was not the charger, and returned it the next day, but to date they haven't refunded me.</p> <p> </p> <p>BRING BACK MY MONEY TWISP MALL OF AFRICA</p>
