Twisp quality is gone terrible
The twisp cue pods are now defective over 50% of the time. The quality is terrible. They shiuld rather stop manufacturing this if they can't get it right. For ever defective pod i want twisp to give me back at least 3 new pods.

04 Jan 2019, 10:24 Good morning Ashveer, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We are sorry to hear about your experience with our Cue pods. We have had an issue with our Cue pods tasting burnt after a few puffs. We have investigated into the matter and found that there was a problem while busy with the production of the coils for the pods. It seems that the coil was not wicking correctly which caused the burnt taste of the pods. We are busy uplifting all faulty pods and replacing them with the new pods. Kindly let us know which kiosk is the closest to you so that we can confirm if they have the new pods in stock. You will then be able to exchange any pods that are giving you a burnt taste without a proof of purchase.
