Twisp quality is deteriorating tremendously!!!

I used to be able to get around 4 weeks' usage out of the Twisp Clearo coils.<br> For the previous few months, though, I get a week at the most before the taste is so bad, that I have to replace the coil.<br> When I complained about this at the Cresta branch, the person told me that a lot of customers are complaining about the same thing.<br> Why did the quality deteriorate Twisp?<br> How long are customers still going to be ********** by having to buy 4 times more coils than they needed to initially, Twisp?<br> What do you propose doing to make this up to your cusomers? Would you be willing to reduce the cost of the inferior coils by 75%, until such time that you have fixed the inferior product quality, or are you going to continue with this bad business practise and rip your customers off, Twisp?
