Twisp ****py product and support services

The Twisp Cue started off as a great product but has ended as an absolute disaster of a product with no real support services or help. The product leaks oil and has been for months now. I am clearly addicted to nicotine and used this product as a healthy alternative to smoking but much to my disgust I think this could be an even worse health risk at the rate that it leaks oil. I have mailed the support services and all they do is give a generic response every single time. They claim that the product will improve but after months nothing has changed. I have come to a point where I will not support the brand at all anymore. Instead of fixing the product or suggesting an upgrade at a minimum fee they will rather make empty promises of how the product will improve. This is not the way that a brand should carry itself and with the amount of vaping products out there, I just think Twisp might lose traction. I am surely convinced that health risk is great enough to pose a ban on the use of this product and Twisp. The consumers' health is clearly of no concern to them and all they care about is profit maximization. I am sure anybody who has used the Cue product will agree.
