TWISP ONLY LASTS FOR 6 MONTHS
I have been a twisp smoker for more than 3 years now!<br> On the 21st September 2015 I purchased an Aero. I also purchased 2 Edge twisps one for myself and one for my husband in November plus 2 spare large batteries. The Aero packed up in December 2015. It just wouldnt charge any more. Luckily I had the edge to fall back on and forgot about my Aero, however when I visited the East Rand Mall branch to try and get the Aero Battery replaced or fixed on the 6th of April 2016, I was told that the warranty expired....hahahahaha S.O.S.! My husbands Edge long life battery is also faulty and wont charge anymore. I havent taken that one back yet as he has reverted back to the original Clearo, which we still have as well. Twisp edge/aero only last for 6 months. Sometimes I think that going back to cigarettes is a cheaper and less frustrating alternative! P.S. The aero coils dont last more than a week either!!!

If you are experiencing any issues with your device, please take them to your nearest Twisp store so that they can be assessed. All our devices do come with a 6 month warranty, so if anything happens to go wrong, we can of course replace parts with in the warranty period.
