Twisp O.R Thambo bad service

<p>I bought a coil for my edge twisp, when I stood by the counter the lady there just ignored me after looking at me and continued talking to her friend. After I said "hallo" for a few times, did she give a sign and rolled her eyes. I ignored her rudeness and asked if I could get a coil for my twisp edge. I still showed her my twisp so she gives me the right coil. She then sold me the coil, only to see today when I wanted to change it that she sold me the wrong coil. I paid R20 parking at the airport and not going back there as it would cost me the same almost as the coil! The sales lady there, was rude, didn't want to help and then sold me the wrong coil! I opened the sealed package so I also cannot return it, even if I wanted to. Very dissapointed and will NEVER set foot at your shop, will rather support shops that are willing to help and actually KNOWS their products. </p>
