So heres the latest. After having all the ******** and **** being talked to us by sales staff and customer care and all the problems I still have with my device I decided to log a complaint on Hello Peter Last week Friday 19.06.2015. The usual **** ******** response apologising and saying customer care will be in contact shorly. Well Shortly for twisp like always with all their deliverables must mean when? 7 days later from the date of me logging the compliant and still no call. Well Im not surprised this is clearly one of the most ********* companies I have dealt with.
