Twisp liquid leaking out

I went to brooklyn mall on 8/12/2015 to complain that my twisp has stopped working the lady repaired and as I left I told her the liquid is leaking out into the battery she said she tested all Is fine as I reach the car park my Liquid is half I went back to her she said it all looks fine till I get home all luiquid is out messed my cloths I'm tired of this and will not go back Iv had endless trouble with twisp from leaking to not vaping to coils To mouth pieces atomizes...This device is expensive is this how we are rewarded for suporting them?Who pays for all the fuel and time to get this device fixed or repaired?At times the outlets don't have stock of parts...I want a new device and I don't mind paying more for a different model as long as it doesn't give me problems like this one
