Twisp leaking

Ive been using twisp since 2013 and never experienced problems.however I needed to replace my atomizer.so went to The Glen Twsip Kiosk and purchased a new atomizer. As I started using it I noticed liquid leaking into the battery. my twisp is always in an upright position but yet it still leaks.took it back to The Glen and was assisted by Rodger who was very rude and treated me with no respect.i explained the problem to him.He then opened my device and emptied all my liquid out, and used A PEN to strip my device!!after it was in pieces.he then decided to give me a new atomizer.when I asked him to replace the liquid he threw out.he said I don't have any bluntly.NOW WITH THE NEW ATOMISER IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.<br> Leaking away this Expensive liquid.<br> <br> ive been a loyal customer to TWISP, and when I do have a problem I get bad service
