twisp is a waist of money
I am very sorry that I bought my wife and myself the twisp aero x. R2800 later... it leaks fluid, after the battery dropped one bar you just slurp fluid. I then up the standerd coil to the 1.0 as suggested and still the same, after one bar of power dropped, you just slurping and cleaning oil all the time. I should have gone for the Vape. Not happy. Thank you for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues with your Aero-X device. When you use the word 'Slurp' this sounds like the coil has become over saturated. This is directly linked to the coil soaking up to much Flavour. This normally happens when the coil has not burnt off enough of the vapour.
There are very easy fixes that can be done to ensure that this does not happen. We would like to get to one of agents to contact you, but cannot seem to find your contact details. Please could you send them to *** and we will be sure to get someone to contact to assist.
We do not know what you mean by dropping down one bar? If you are referring to the LED indicator around the battery, this is to show the battery life left. We can certainly assist with this once we get in contact with you.
