Twisp Edge not switching off

I bought myself a brand new twisp EDGE about 45 days back, I haven't had any problems until today. My twisp wont stop burning. ive seen a few other complaints about the same thing. I had to manually separate the battery from the rest of the unit, in fear the thing might explode. The lights to indicate operation function normally (5 clicks on, 5 clicks off) but I can hear the thing is just burning and heating up non stop. I have been using my twisp a cigarette replacement for a month so needless to say, that has me pretty damn stressed.
