Twisp Edge Never Ending Issues

I purchased the Twisp Clearo about 2 years ago and it was a pleasure to use until it broke in my pocket and had to be replaced. I wanted to simply buy a replacement part but the salesman talked me into purchasing the Edge. Since I purchased the Edge I have tasted the liquid almost daily and messed many clothes due to leaks. Every time I go to the stand I get told that I'm not caring for it properly. It's marketed that one can change the levels at the bottom and then I'm told by the staff that I shud use it on level 3, ***? I never had these issues with the older device. Although I clean this Edge every evening I still have the same issues. I want to smoke not taste the damn liquid. So the Edge has a has larger tank but I'm told don't fill it past the 2nd line as it creates a flood under the atomizer. Really? So it's my fault that I taste the liquid? Someone explain to me how to get this resolved permanently as I'm really frustrated. These issues are supposed to be tried and tested before it was released to the market. I expect some interventions urgently from the company with a proper resolution plan. I can't keep going back to sales people at those booths who have no clue.
