Twisp Edge is a joke
Twisp Edge is a joke ... I got mine thinking it is better than my old Clearo ... I have had mine now for almost 2 months ... I paid R800 for device ... - R750 on coils ... - R800 on liquids and R250 for a new atomizer thinking that mine was faulty ... and all of that after i spoke to a consultant from twisp SA 10 days after getting my device and explaining everything to him over the phone and him telling me they would send someone to come collect my device and test it ... last coils i got is the new ones ... 3 pulls of device and coil is *****ed ... i am not a happy customer and i will be looking for a new device somewhere else because i will not be spending a cent more on this device and know i will not be refunded for all the money i have lost on this new device.<br>

We are sorryu to herar that you have had these problems with your Edge device. It most certainly is one of the best of the 3 devices currently and an upgrade to the Clearo,
We would like to contact you to get some more information regarding what is at fault so that we can assist in getting the device back in working order for you. The newer upgraded coil for the Edge device is a lot more heavy duty and most certainly should not have lasted 3 pulls.
