TWISP EDGE EXPLOSION RISK (NOT SWITCHING OFF)

I have lost confidence in the Twisp brand and fear that I may be seriously injured if I continue using my Twisp Edge. I bought my Twisp Edge 13 Dec 2015 at Bayside Mall after using my Twisp Clearo for + - 2 years.

27 Feb 2016 my Twisp Edge battery randomly switched on. I took my Twisp Edge to Bayside Mall and the Twisp consultant said he needs to \test it for 24 hours\" before he can give me a new battery.

28 Feb 2016 got a replacement battery from Twisp consultant (new coil bought the same day lasted 2 days but not the main issue here)

10 Mar 2016 whilst vaping outside my house in the morning my Twisp Edge did not want to switched off and started heating up in my hand. I could not switch it off after several attempts. I secured device to prevent possible permanent bodily harm.

What you going to do about this Twisp? Maybe I need to practice my rights #ConsumerProtectionAct"
