TWISP EDGE DISAPPOINTMET

I have bought the new Edge, what a disappointment. My Edge was replaced 3 times and still have the same problem. After a few pulls it is just toxic oil in your mouth. I have tried everything, changed coils, cleaned it properly, stored it (exactly as the manager has suggested) but the problem persists. I have found out that this is a common problem but every time I visit the outlet they make me feel like I am just complaining instead of admitting that there is a problem with the coils / Edge elec cigarette??? Luckily for me I have the Clearo as well and are now only using that but this is a problem as I have bought 2 Edge cigarettes+ coils which total to more than R2000. Can someone please look into this problem with the Edge.
