Twisp Edge Coils

My twisp edge coils are not lasting longer than 8 days, this is ridiculous i bought new packs twice and its the same problem every time. Now what i want to know how we are going to resolve this problem. And i was told when i bought the unit, that the coils would last 2-6 weeks.

Hi Christian

Thank you for contacting us.

There can be a number of factors that will contribute to a coils lifespan. Things like, how long you press the power button for, how hard you pull on the device, if it is smoked while less than 3rd full and many other situations.
