Twisp edge battery won't switch off
I got a twisp edge as a present for my birthday, I started using it on the 21st November, I haven't had any problems until today. Without pushing in the button on the battery it is still vaping and I had to take the battery off to stop it from getting so hot that it burns me. I don't know where to take the battery to get swopped. I haven't dropped it or damaged it in anyway. Please help
