Twisp Edge Atomizer

<p> </p> <p>I have now been sold the wrong atomizer on two occasions by different twisp stores. The first time was by a store agent at Tygervalley Mall and the second instance was at N1 City Mall. The reason I would not know that this was the incorrect part on both these occasions was because I bought the Old Twisp Edge 2nd hand from a friend of mine. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy that even though I emphasized to both sales persons that “coil” I required was for the above-mentioned model - they both sold me the wrong part. Is your staff not supposed to be well trained on your products, whether new or old? </p> <p>I don’t think it would be fair to me as “new” twisp client to be first of all sold the wrong part and now I would need to go buy another one for the third time!! My time / fuel / money wasted - because the staff at both these stores sold me the incorrect product.</p> <p>I would like to have some feedback on this please? As this is certainly not the service or customer advice that I would expect from a premium brand like TWISP. </p>
