Twisp Edge : 4th device FIRE HAZARD !
6 months ago I bought a Twisp Edge, The device stayed on as soon as the battery is *****ed in place.( This happened after two weeks of owning the device)<br> I returned the device on three occasions and it was replaced with a new one three times with the exact same fault.<br> <br> After the 4th time I upgraded to the twisp Aero but this device was also faulty as it was leaking everywhere. The regional manager agreed to give me a refund.<br> <br> Twisp knows about this fault, but was surprises me is that in 6 months they still did not send the device back to their suppliers( Joyetech) in order to sort out this massive problem, but in stead they keep mum on the situation and exploit their customers to purchase this product fully aware that in all likely hood the device will be faulty in less than a month.<br> <br> Scrolling on your hellopeter account I am not the only one with this problem, Half of the complaints on here is the twisp edge that turns on by itself. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

We are aware that this occurred to you sometime ago, and you brought it to our attention. We of course contacted you immediately and dealt with the situation with you, to have it resolved.
We were in contact soon after with our suppliers to put added measures in place to ensure this does not occur. There are many factors that can cause this situation, as the battery is a technical good with circuits, many things can cause it to be faulty. If a seal is lost or damaged, it can cause leaking on a battery. If a device is dropped it can cause damage to the battery, like if you had to drop your cellphone etc... Of course what ever might happen we are here to assist and resolve and have it investigated to not re occur.
We have been in direct contact with any customers who have any feedback or complaints, and each issue or situation has been resolved swiftly and effectively.
