Twisp Edge

Bought a R600 + Twisp Edge to help stop smoking. after 2 weeks the thing started leaking on the air vents and mouth piece. I was asked to clean the unit everyday which was not mentioned when I bought it. anyway I now clean the everyday.. after the second day the thing continued to leak profusely. I went to the Clearwater mall thinking they will replace but no they can only change the faulty part which also they don't have stock as they are waiting since September. I actually went back to smoking more frustrated and angry and confused as I have paid a big amount for the stuff and after 2 weeks they would not even replace. so now I have to wait when the stock comes which they cannot say when.
