Twisp Earo
About a month ago my partner bought me the Twisp Earo as a gift. Since then I've had to have the entire top end of the device changed twice as the device was spitting liquid into my mouth (acc to the twisp website and packaging, the liquid is harmful) and making gurgling noises and leaking liquid. I clean the device as the lady that works at the kiosk showed me (on every refill) and the problem continues. After the last exchange, the device was working PERFECTLY, until the time came to replace the coil. Same problem started again. At this rate, I go through approx R320.00 worth of liquid in a week! This is not acceptable. I live 30km from the nearest Twisp store, and I really cannot drive in every time the device acts up.
