Twisp Dissatisfied

Hi there, I am very disappointed with my twisp clearo 2 that i have bought in May this year, firstly the battery dies all the time the device has been heating from the day i got it, i took it back the very first week at the stand at hemingways mall in east london and the guys said they cant help, why have a guarantee which my device is still under guarantee currently, i bought a smok v8 baby vape 3 months ago due to my twisp not working properly and have notl issues with the smok. If anybody that can help me with my situation please do as i am very determined on using my twisp due to the unique flavour and liquids twisp has however very dissappointed. Money isn't an issue its just the principle behind the whole thing, dont attached guarantees to your devices if you guys cant live up to the guarantee, which is very disappointing. Another thing the mouth piece actually withing a month the plastic bottom grip eventually melted hence like i said earlier that my device was heating up too quick but the guys at twisp said its normal clearly of my mouth piece melted this is not safe at all or strange.
