Twisp customer service sucks!!!!
Very disappointed with twisp after being a loyal supporter for almost 10 years and spending thousands of Rands with them.I purchased a pack of coils from them for my twisp device not realizing I have enough stock. They refuse to return or pass credit or even exchange it. For R210 it’s was referred to the regional manger etc..... who refused to return a non perishable pack of coils.....A seals pack ... I mean really!!!! Considering the amounts of money I spend on twisp products. You guys have lost me as a customer and 10 more family and friends. Thanks for your loyalty it sucks!!!!!!!
