Twisp cue ripoffs
Hi I bought the twisp cue three days ago and already having endless problems with burnt and leaking pods I would like to get a full refund you guys have been dodging and giving excuses to people for years now concerning the leaking and burnt taste pods after few puffs at this rate i would be spending a R150 a day cause of faulty pods i would like my money back as it state by you guys you can get a full refund within ten days. your product suck and you guys are ripoffs I want my money back I don't want any other twisp product

With regards to your query it states on our refund policy that if the kit is sealed and brought back within the 10 days of purchase together with your proof of purchase you will receive a full refund.
