Twisp cue problem. Waste of money
I bought a Twisp Cue device less than 2 weeks ago. At first, the device seemed great but for the last week, I keep swapping out pods every couple of puffs as they taste burnt. At least 12 pods. I have spent hundreds of Rands now on renewing pods that are burnt. Money down the drain!!! Also, getting ahold of the guys at Nicolway centre where I bough the device is impossible as its always engaged. Very Frustrated customer with big losses!!!

07 Feb 2019, 15:43Good afternoon Jim, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Your Cue pods are covered against any manufacturing defects regarding burnt tastes, leaking and no vapor being produced. If a pod is found to have a burnt taste, do not use the pod further, put the pod aside and on your visit to the counter have any pods found to have a burnt taste assessed and exchanged by one of our agents in store you do not need proof of purchase. If a pod is found to be leaking within the packing, do not open this pod, keep this aside for your next visit to the Twisp store. We have sent your complaint on to our product team in order to further investigate into the matter.
