Twisp Cue Pods - BURN!!
I've been a client of Twisp since they started in SA. The Cue is the worst product ever. Super expensive pods - R50 each and they burn. The Table Bay Mall staff was extremely helpful to change my pods without any effort, however every time I buy a pod (Engen, Pick 'n Pay, Clicks, Dischem) they burn. It lasts a few drags and starts to burn. Not a good product. Although I can change the pods without any charge, it is just an inferior product. And getting worse. I would love to find a pod that doens't burn.

We are aware that some of our customers have experienced a burnt taste with our Cue pods and have sent new stock to our dedicated Twisp stores and re-sellers DC/Wharehouse. We of course value all of our customers and resolve any issues you may be experiencing. We would recommend purchasing from our dedicated Twisp malls in the interim as we do not have control over when our re-sellers will be replenishing their shelves with our new stock.
